[ graphic identity | type design | printed matter ]
Studio D1 is a photography gallery based in London. It is a space which holds temporary exhibitions and which is open for photographers to book for photo shoots. The entire structure (which houses a number of workshops and studios) was once a bus depot and here and there are still visible old wall signs in Gill Sans. This was an element of inspiration during the development of the identity, giving me the opportunity to design a custom version of the alphabet to be used in a number of future applications.
